Kevin Diggins has led strategic transformations across a broad range of industries for companies undergoing or preparing for significant transitions. Building on early career success on GE’s Corporate Six Sigma Team where he drove highly technical improvement programs for the Aircraft Engines and IT Managed Services Divisions, Kevin has been subsequently recruited into a series of executive leadership roles solving critical operational challenges for companies in the Aerospace, Audio and Media Technologies, IT Infrastructure, and Corporate Learning industries.
Kevin’s experience leading functions all across the organization has made him extremely effective at quickly assessing and delivering results in complex situations such as integrating acquisitions, launching innovative products and go-to-market strategies, optimizing global supply chains, and scaling the capabilities of end-to-end business processes. He has been responsible for managing multi-million dollar budgets, and has also benefited from his tenure in diverse corporate sizes and cultures such as Bose, EMC, GE, Skillsoft, and Avid to excel at establishing and developing strong teams.
Kevin holds a Bachelor degree in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Notre Dame, a Masters in Computer Science from Boston University, and an MBA from the Olin School of Business at Babson College. He has continued his learning journey with Executive Certificates in Digital Transformation from the Stanford Graduate School of Business, and Strategy and Innovation from the MIT/Sloan School of Business.
